You should have these skills:

  • at least completed training as a piano maker

  • ideally extensive experience with Steinway instruments
  • “several years of sound professional experience on the concert stage and in field service

We are looking for a new team member as an employee in the back office (m/f/d)!

Do you enjoy organizing, dealing directly with customers and working in a team? Then you are exactly right with us! As an employee in the back office, you will be the interface between the workshop, sales and our customers and, in particular, plan our field service.

Pianohaus Marcus Hübner is the exclusive dealer for upright and grand pianos of Steinway & Sons and other well-known brands in the greater region.

You can expect the following activities:

  • Independent coordination of all tuning and repair appointments for our customers
  • Preparation of cost estimates

You should have these skills:

  • Training in the commercial field desirable, but not a must. Career changers are also welcome!
  • Ability to work in a team is particularly important to us
  • High IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Very good organizational skills as well as careful and accurate work
  • Experience in telephone customer acquisition and telephone management in customer service
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. French an advantage
  • Friendly and confident appearance in front of our customers
