Steinway & Sons B 211

Steinway & Sons is a well-known and respected manufacturer of grand and upright pianos. The company was founded by Henry E. Steinway and his sons in New York in 1853. Since 1853, Steinway & Sons has revolutionized piano construction with more than 125 patents. “Steinway & Sons” grand and upright pianos are manufactured in New York and Hamburg under the guiding principle that Henry E. Steinway chose as his quality standard: “To build the best piano possible.”

Demanding pianists appreciate the B-211, as it convinces with its rich range of tonal nuances and its soulful tone. The practical lid support extension allows a 10 – 15% improved, more direct sound experience. By removing the wing lock, the playing flow becomes more direct. The “spacer” provides a vibration-free lid, naturally optimizing the sound.
This beautiful used Steinway dates back to 1982 and comes from first hand. In our master workshop the piano was equipped with new hammerheads, stems and rolls, as well as a new damping system. Only original Steinway parts were used.  The instrument has a full, warm and at the same time versatile sound with the typical Steinway precision. The piano is in good condition and shows only minor signs of use.
