Three perfectly coordinated components work together to keep the humidity and temperature inside the instrument constant, regardless of the external conditions.

How the system works:

A control unit (humidistat) is the heart of the climate control system. It reacts to air that is too humid or too dry. If the humidity is too high, it switches on a dehumidifier.
If the air is too dry, a humidifier is activated. In this way, the system keeps the wood moisture in the instrument constant, regardless of the environmental conditions.
The sound and playability remain harmonious and stable.

Maintaining the system is very simple: an indicator light reminds you to refill the water tank approximately every 14 days.
The water is poured into the tank via the filling hose using a special jug that is included in the scope of delivery.
The system also warns you via the indicator light when maintenance is required.

LED display:

• Green: mains power active
• Yellow: indicates the water supply;
  if the light is off, there is enough water;
  if the light is flashing, a jug of water must be refilled.
• Red: if the red light is on, contact a piano technician. A service appointment is required.

Under normal conditions, only the green light should be on!

The price quoted corresponds to the Life Saver System price with 19% VAT included, including installation, but excluding travel costs (provided that installation is possible; additional costs may apply if extra work is required).
